Normally, this might be an issue, but The Logo Company doesn’t operate like community-driven services such as DesignCrowd or 99designs. Instead, it follows a more traditional agency model, where the company employs a team of designers. When you hire The Logo Company, they select the designers for your project. It’s how things were done before the rise of crowdsourcing platforms—and it’s still a common approach today.

The style of your logo will depend on the details you provide in your design brief. The initial logo concepts I received were all distinct but followed the direction I gave.
Since I didn’t ask for a complete redesign and focused on refining one of the initial concepts, I received the final logo files in about a week. In reality, you only get four to ten quality designs to choose from. The Logo Company’s approach gives each designer a few days to focus on your project, resulting in more thoughtful concepts.
I prefer this business model where all designers are compensated. It’s better for the industry because it ensures designers can earn a fair wage, which, in turn, helps us all appreciate the real value of quality design.
