I was curious too, so I decided to give them a try.
As part of my search to find the best logo design service (discover the winner here), I purchased LogoNerds’ Professional Business Logo package, which is their mid-tier option. All their packages require a one-time payment and promise original designs tailored to your business needs.
Although the website is only available in English, the designers can likely create logos in any language that supports digital fonts. If your logo turns out amazing and you want to use it everywhere, LogoNerds also offers other branding services.
But that’s a big “if.” First, you need to decide if LogoNerds is the right fit for you. Will the affordable price result in a high-quality logo, or will it be cheap in the wrong way?

I can’t continue this review without addressing the obvious: LogoNerds’ website looks like it’s straight from 2002. Think first-generation iPods, Friendster, and a love for shiny gradients and stock photos.
But does this outdated design reflect outdated services, or is the company so skilled at logo design that it doesn’t need a modern site? Attempting to evaluate this book by its cover is what we’ll see.
You’ll Get Logos from One Designer (Unless You Pay Extra)
When you hire LogoNerds, the company selects a designer for you. You’ll receive multiple logo concepts (three or six, depending on your package), but you won’t get to choose the designer.
Curious about how many designers work on a project, I asked. According to “Phil Nerd,” who we’ll talk more about later, it’s usually just one designer per project. However, you can pay an “upgrade fee” to have multiple designers involved. (Though the fee is about half the total cost of the package, so “minimal” might be a stretch.)
To sum it up: there’s no design contest like 99designs, and no picking individual designers like on Fiverr. You hire LogoNerds as a company and hope for the best.
The good news is that LogoNerds uses in-house designers, so they aren’t just outsourcing to the lowest bidder. You can check out their portfolio online—if you’re willing to sift through 31 pages of logos, four at a time.
You Can Submit Your Own Images
With any LogoNerds package, you have the option to provide your own images. For example, if you already have an icon you love, you can attach it to your creative brief and request that it be incorporated into your final design.
You can take it a step further by sending your entire logo for what LogoNerds calls “logo repair.” If your logo concept is solid but the design looks outdated, or if you’ve lost the original vector files and need it recreated in a print-friendly format, this service could save you money. The logo repair option is about half the price of the design package I chose.
Free Revisions Included
All LogoNerds packages come with free revisions, though the company doesn’t specify a limit on how many revisions you can request. While it’s unlikely they’d allow endless tweaks, I didn’t get the impression that the designers were reluctant to make changes when I requested them.
Revisions are promised within one to three business days, and both rounds of revisions I requested were delivered within that timeframe—just barely.
Not Happy? Request a Free Redraw
No matter which package you choose, LogoNerds guarantees satisfaction. If revisions don’t quite cut it, or if you don’t like any of the initial logo concepts, you’re entitled to a free redraw, no questions asked.
Of course, there will be follow-up questions to ensure the new design meets your expectations, but they won’t hassle you for asking for a redraw in the first place.
While I didn’t need to use the redraw service myself, my overall experience was smooth, and I’m confident the redraw process would be just as hassle-free.
